Itqan Management Consultancy (Itqan®) in June 2001 after
seeing the way consultancy delivered for 15 years and also
working as a part time management consultant and assessor
for 8 years.
Focusing as per the logo I personally developed in the Countries
of Gulf Council Region (GCC) and through creating a change
as a rainbow through management systems and paradigm (this
is what our logo means) ; we targeted since the beginning
the delivery of world-class model projects and competency
based workshops that would deliver a value added competitive
edge with best practices.
Itqan® strive its best to deliver solutions
that would be sustainable in achieving optimum results through
well established and tested approaches and for that we feel
we were very lucky with the blessing of ALLAH to do many
things with Perfection in mind.
Itqan ® philosophy is: “If you want to do something
do it , establish it , assess it , in sustainable perfection
that would add value to the society and to the meaning of
life”. We’ve taken it from our values that was
engulfed the teaching of piece and wisdom of Islamic Belief
that want to add value to humanity contribution.
This concept of philosophy led me to decide
from the beginning to avoid the commercial consultancy gadgets,
implement the concept of total dedication to each client
as if we the most loyal employees of the organization, live
the concept of change, innovate with the latest trends of
services that create change to the human life and experience
through the change of organization delivery.
The success of techniques of change management
in establishing open dialogue systems while optimizing resource
utilization; given Itqan® series of service models that
inspired our thoughts and knowledge search to develop the
best and the optimal solutions through Total People Involvement
in each type of industry. If you refer to our area of expertise
you’ll see we’ve entered approximately every
type of service and industry in just 4 years (6/2001 till
6/2005) with projects ranging for periods of not less than
6 months and up to 3 years.
As we are well into the era of globalization,
various changes in the private and public sector is expected
to take place sooner than later; as it required for survival.
Many people ask me how Itqan® , managed
despite all the challenges in the market of small consultancy
to do many projects (more than 170) and deliver as much
focused workshops (more than 300) in just 4 years.? It is
simply based on combining the concept of good citizenship
and the courage to innovate with the values that ensures
every one deals with Itqan® affiliate consultants or
staff have this very clear in mind. Our belief is made in
seeing success stories from people working for one goal
and then all the others would follow. We encourage others
to copy this competitive edge as it would give life to lives
and we all would be winners sooner than we think.
We’ve realized over the last few years
that of the many organizations existing in the GCC, few
have managed to shift from glamour of placing more value
to materialist information and resource management organizations
to value based organisations that targets sustainable communication;
well geared people productivity, self motivated enterprises
and even governments that are all socially responsible.
Quality of Life and wisdom, is not things
we attain through society; we trust it can be of high meaning
